DBCO

Dibenzocyclooctyne group (DBCO) reacts with N3-containing molecules in a Copper-free Click Chemistry. DBCO has very high reaction selectivity toward azide, enabling its use in modifying biomolecules including peptide, protein, enzyme, live cells, whole organisms etc.
