Poly(L-Aspartic acid)-PEGs

Poly(L-Aspartic acid)-PEG [Ploy(L-Asp)-PEG] is an amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC). The hydrophobic block consists of poly(L-Aspartic acid) which contains pendant -COOH groups that could be used to conjugate drugs and for micelle core modification. The hydrophilic block PEG may have a functional group such as azide for bioconjugation.
