Maleimide (MAL)

Maleimide functionalized polymers from Nanosoft Polymers are thiol reactive which can be used for bioconjugation with thiol or cystein-containing moieties. Maleimide group undergoes addition reaction with thiol-containing molecules at pH 5.0-6.5.
