Description
Poly-L-Lysine graft PEG-azide or N3-PEG-grafted-PLL (PLL-g-PEG-N3, N3-PEG-g-PLL) is a linear poly-L-lysine polymer with grafted Azide-PEG on the side chain. PLL-g-PEG-N3 can be used as a surface modification reagent, or to prepare nanoparticles for gene/drug delivery. Azide group can be used to couple ligands by click chemistry.
