Poly(L-Glutamic acid)-PEGs

Poly(L-Glutamic acid)-PEG-X [Poly(L-Glu)-PEG)] is an amphiphilic block copolymer. The hydrophobic block consists of poly(L-Glutamic acid) which contains pendant -COOH groups that could be used to conjugate drugs, and core modification. The hydrophilic block PEG may have a functional group such as azide for bioconjugation.
