Poly(L-Lysine)-PEGs
Poly(L-Lysine)-PEGs is amphiphilic block copolymer (ABCs) which has hydrophilic PEG block and hydrophobic PLL block. PLL-PEG can self-assemble into micelles composed of PLL core and PEG shell. PLL has pendant free amines which can be derivatized on demand for drug/gene delivery.
- PLL-PEG is one of the most extensively biodegradable ABCs for nanomedicine.
