General Description

DSPE-DBCO is a reactive phospholipid derivative containing DSPE (1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, C18:0) and a dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) functional group. The DBCO moiety enables strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with azide-containing molecules without the need for copper catalysts.
