DOPE-PEGs

DOPE-PEGs conjugates are phospholipid–poly(ethylene glycol) materials based on DOPE (1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine, C18:1). Due to the unsaturated lipid structure of DOPE, these PEGylated lipids exhibit enhanced membrane fusion behavior and are widely used in liposome formulation, lipid nanoparticle engineering, nucleic acid delivery, and advanced drug delivery applications.

NSP offers a broad range of functionalized DOPE-PEG derivatives including azide, alkyne, amine, maleimide, NHS ester, biotin, thiol, and other reactive lipid PEG conjugates for bioconjugation, nanomedicine, and biomaterial research.
